Finishing Department / Tumbling Advanced Precision also provides high quality vibratory finishing services. During various manufacturing processes it is possible to produce burrs. Burrs can cause a functional failure during assembly or while the part is in service. Vibratory tumbling is an economical mass finishing technique which produces a more uniform finish on large quantities of parts in much less time than standard hand finishing. Advanced Precision has a variety of vibratory tumblers to meet all of our customers' requirements. Our process services both ferrous and non-ferrous components in a wide range of sizes and configurations. Media selection is based upon the specific requirement of the components being processed. This process also includes post-processing to control rust and corrosion. |
